📚 Exact Roadmap of SIH 2025:

Form a Team: Team should consist of 6 members and 1 member must be a female.

Don’t just bring together anyone you find—choose teammates whose strengths fit together like puzzle pieces. A well-rounded mix of coders, creatives, and communicators can put you halfway to victory before the hackathon even starts.

✅ Step:1: Without SPOC, no entry - First, your college needs to register a SPOC — that’s the Single Point of Contact who represents your college in SIH

✅ Step:2: Finding the problem statement - Within the next 7 days, SIH will release their problem statements. Those are real challenges from industry and government.

Avoid general topics that everyone picks. Select a problem that matches your strengths, elevates your team, and mainly that has real-world impact. Judges notice originality.


✅ Step:3: Internal Hackathon - By mid-September, each college will conduct an internal hackathon to select their top 50 teams Top 45 teams as finalist and 5 teams as waiting list. If any team from Top 45 wasn't available for the finals, then 5 teams from waiting list will be considered.

✅ Step:4: Submission on SPOC Portal - The top 50 teams selected from the internal hackathon will submit the final Idea and PPT via SPOC portal by the end of September

✅ Step:5: Evaluation - In October, judges will evaluate every submission and select top 5 teams for each problem statement. Results will be announced in November.

Step:6: Grand Finale - Where every team needs to demo their solution live in front of judges, mentors and experts.
