[REC] ABC Weekend Television startup - Pastoral Prelude

Used at around the same time as the jaunty "Mr. Punch" and "Busy Bachelor" tune, this piece substituted the latter in the case of Sunday morning church services in both ABC broadcasting regions, the Midlands and the north of England. Before "Perpetuum Mobile" again took over starting in 1964.
