Make & Freeze Breakfast Sandwiches

These sandwiches start with English Muffins and end with delicious! They are quick and easy especially if you cook the bacon in the oven. We made a dozen, ate 2 for our breakfast, and the rest are cooling in the freezer. They are great for quick breakfasts and are so convenient for taking on the road and heating up in a hotel room with a microwave.

Recipe
12 English muffins split, buttered, and toasted in a $00°F oven
12 eggs, fried in a circle the size of an English muffin
12 slices of cheese of choice
12 slices of breakfast meat-peppered bacon, Canadian bacon, or sausage patty
Layer sandwiches as shown in the video and wrap in parchment paper. Freeze for up to 6 months.
