Buff is Power On (+Assist Attacks, EX Special Attacks, and Ultimates DMG, + DB gen and Res ignore).
In this run I use Laurel on Fufu and Teapot on Lighter to maximize Hugo's damage, and that led to a 3k~4k point improvement over Hellfire, at the cost of a more difficult rotation. Also used ER6 on Fufu, inspired by @akamurasaki99 build, and it felt really smooth to play, adding DBs for the team and feeding Lighter extra morale. I don't think it's possible to get the extra totalize that would be needed to push for 60k, but maybe it could be a weaker, non-hormone buffed totalize with an absolutely perfect run for maybe 1k~2k extra points.
