We also share a short, intentional moment on video where we release our burdens — not for content, but for real.

Write down what you’re carrying that you’re ready to release — the pressure, the guilt, the fear, the people-pleasing, whatever it is. Then release it your way (tear it up, delete the note, burn it safely, pray over it, journal it out).
