For S3, you need to reload the scene from S2 until the envelope is on the crate at the beginning. Additionally, I recommend doing the safe nade boost in S3 because there is a 1/3 chance of no armor in S4 which would really slow down getting the secret intel on top of the crates.
In S3, you can walk between the crates to get to the nade boost spot without detection to save some health. Here's the safe nade strat from 2022:

Doing the hard save in S2 saved about 15 seconds vs backtracking all the way and doing the nade boost. Unfortunately it is easy for me to mess up, I qs by habit often or I hard load when I should save and ruin the run.
