The 23-year-old Norwegian grappler, Tarik Hopstock is a brown belt under Eduardo Rios from Frontline Academy in Oslo, Norway. The Norwegian has competed in almost every major European events, winning most of them in impressive fashion. Tarik is known for his invention of the Tarikoplata, a submission with a modified Omoplata/Kimura grip. He has hit this submission countless times in competition and also rewarded Submission of the Night at Polaris 11.
