"38" "Halloween Harmonica Playing Skeleton" was released by the company "MAGIC POWER CO., LTD / KIDS OF AMERICA CORP." in 2016.
I got this for only $10 on Halloween back in 2017 or 2018! A store near me had all their Halloween items on sale, and this was the last one left! There’s another variant with a different hat that’s pretty common, but this one is very rare, expensive, and hard to find. I was so lucky to find him! :)
