On Saturday, December 20th, Fr. Martin celebrated a beautiful candlelit Rorate Mass in honor of Our Lady.
The Advent Rorate Caeli Mass is an ancient Catholic tradition honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary and her sacred role in bringing Jesus, the promised Savior, into the world. Celebrated in the stillness of pre-dawn darkness and illuminated only by candlelight, the Mass evokes a world wrapped in spiritual night, longing for Christ, the “Light of the World.” As the sun rises at its conclusion, light gently fills the church, mirroring the dawning of hope, the coming of Christ.
