Long time no see everyone! Today, I made saffron mussel nage!
I used saffron from Iran, gifted by my friend. This was a very flavorful dish but well balanced as all the flavors were bound by the nage :)
I haven't been able to upload lately since I have ben in the process of moving, and I am not able to find a place to film. I will figure something out and come back soon!
