PROJECT: 130 William is a luxury residential high-rise tower, located in the middle of the Financial District of Manhattan and designed by the British-Ghanaian architect Sir David Adjaye, internationally renowned as one of contemporary architecture’s most inventive leaders.

At 66 stories and nearly 800 feet tall, Adjaye’s first New York City high-rise tower uses the neighborhood context as a starting point but pushing against the conventions of tall glass towers.

The building, immediately adjacent to the Brooklyn Bridge and the One World Trade Center, will consist of 244 residences and over 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and basketball court.

PROYECTO: 130 William es un lujoso edificio residencial de gran altura, situado en el centro del distrito financiero de Manhattan y diseñado por el arquitecto británico-ghanés Sir David Adjaye, reconocido internacionalmente como referente de la arquitectura contemporánea.

Con 66 pisos y cerca de 245 m de altura, el primer rascacielos diseñado por Adjaye en Nueva York, se basa en el estilo de los edificios del entorno, aunque con una propuesta diferente a las convencionales torres de grandes vidrieras.

El edificio, inmediatamente adyacente al puente de Brooklyn y al One World Trade Center, contará con 244 residencias y más de 6.700 m cuadrados de servicios, incluyendo una piscina, un gimnasio y una cancha de baloncesto.
