You don’t need “special” foods to lose weight, just a better understanding of calories and portions.
Yes — the same roti, rice, paneer, nuts, oats can either help you lean down or bulk up — it’s all about how much and how often.

🔻 For Weight Loss:
You eat less than what your body burns (calorie deficit) — so your body taps into fat stores for energy.

🟠 Sample Foods in Weight Loss:
Protein: Paneer, eggs, chicken, dal — in smaller portions to preserve muscle
Carbs: Roti, oats, fruits — timed around activity
Fats: Ghee, nuts, seeds — but in moderation

🔺 For Weight Gain:
You eat more than what your body burns (calorie surplus) — so your body stores the extra for growth.
