HYUNDAI GENESIS BURNED ECM / NO COMM / BGA CHIP REBALL

In today's video I show you what it takes to clone an Engine control module on a 2011 Hyundai Genesis. In our case the ECM has a big hole burned through it so it does not communicate. This means the only way to clone this ECM is to transplant the MCU processor. The MCU on this particular ECM is what is known as a BGA surface mounted chip. This requires specialized tools and technique to get the job done. Let's see if we have what it takes!
