My first year of Decode Real Estate

A year ago, I made a very personal decision to launch @decode.realestate!

If you’ve ever thought about starting something of your own and weren’t sure how it would unfold, this is where Decode started for me.

So many agents & managers told me I couldn’t do it. Which made me even more convinced I could 😉

One year ago, I left a big brokerage.I wanted to build something that felt more aligned with who I am, and how I want to show up for people.

Over this past year, Decode grew in ways I never expected. Through honest conversations, strategic decisions, and focusing on the client first. Our branding really took shape as well!

There were listings that pushed us - staging, prep and pricing
Clients who trusted us with huge life decisions. Marriage, kids, estate planning and even divorce

Stepping into year two, my goals feel simpler, not bigger.
I want to keep doing work that feels meaningful.
I want to slow down in the right places and be intentional in the ones that matter.
I want to keep building something that gives people a different experience.
And I want my kids to look back and see that their mom believed in something, took a risk, and built a brand where community and trust mattered more than scale.
