Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute President Martin A. Schmidt '81 interviewed Bill Coleman, RPI Class of 1949, at his home on Swan’s Island, Maine, during a visit to celebrate Bill's 100th birthday. Bill was born in RPI’s Centennial year and later became a member of the lacrosse team that played the English national team to a 5-5 draw in an exhibition at the 1948 Olympics.
