Captain Tony Tarracino is a Key West legend. This is one of the first times I met him. In this vlog he tells of how he met Jimmy Buffett, the advice he gave to the then-unknown young singer, and how he simply wished to be repaid. This took place at Captain Tony's Saloon in Key West Florida in March of 2002. Please forgive the background noise!
