ooooooh this was so so fun to edit
i wanna keep trying to edit with music i actually listen to. so far it's mainly been this and belonging by bread, they are both songs and artists i listen to fairly often. it's also been fun trying to edit simpler stories for videos, though i won't do that all the time. it's been fun!

theme: mothers warning their daughters about trusting boys.
stories:

kiara/todd ft nala: nala is cheated on by simba, so she is very cautious about her daughter showing any interest in boys. she tells kiara that she will be a solo queen and never marry. kiara is upset but knows that todd is in danger if he stays, so she reluctantly tells him that he should leave, even though she knows she will miss him. she does her best to be strong

marie/oliver ft duchess: duchess has her heart broken by thomas, and warns her against boys who will try and break her heart. she isn't as harsh as Nala, but just wants her daughter to be careful. She decides to ask for some space and right away Oliver moves onto another kitten, and marie has her first heartbreak, and decides she will not fall in love so easily.

collette/patch ft lady: lady has her heart broken by tramp and tells her daughters to not fall in love with the first boy they meet. collette is cautious of Patch but he makes her laugh and she likes his company. however, lady sees and worries and goes to sit silently on the porch, and collette takes the hint and tells patch she isn't interested in him, and he leaves. she watches from a distance as he falls in love with angel instead, and is heartbroken, because she truly liked him but wanted to make her mother happy more than herself.
