It’s been way too long since my last DocuSign training—so here’s your brand-new, updated 2025 walkthrough for Keller Williams agents!

In this video, I’ll take you step-by-step through the complete KW Command → DocuSign → Command workflow so you can confidently submit your real estate transactions without wasted time, missing documents, or endless uploads and downloads.

You’ll learn how to:

Log into KW Command and verify your DocuSign integration is connected
Set up your form providers (Texas REALTORS®, Georgia REALTORS®, and more)
Create an Opportunity in Command for buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants
Select and organize your transaction checklists inside Command
Start a DocuSign transaction room directly from your Opportunity
Add and fill out forms (including the correct buy-side or listing-side versions)
Apply templates to save time on repetitive fields
Send documents for e-signature and explain the process to your clients
Organize your DocuSign room with folders that match your Market Center checklist
Attach signed documents back into Command without downloading
Submit your documents to your Market Center for compliance review
