First up I have a faulty fill valve on a top to replace, it turns into an absolute nightmare, some whopper has siliconed the cistern back to the wall! GRRR!!
Followed by a tenanted property, they'd phoned the landlord panicking the radiator was going to fall off the wall, and for once, they weren't lying LOOOL
Moving onto a mysterious toilet leak, I can't decide if its bad aim or a failed donut washer!
Then finally onto the easiest job of the bloody day! An outside tap repair!
