Building a SUMMER inspired STARTER HOME | A Sims 4 Speedbuild

I built a starter home in Newcrest (but you can place it on any lot really) inspired by the bright colours of summer (mainly sunshine yellow). This little home boasts an entryway with a hallway table, hanging space for keys and bags, an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room, a double bedroom and bathroom. It will set you back just under 20,000 simoleons!
