How to draw and paint a geometric scallop pattern

SUPPLIES

I'm painting on an Arches 300gsm cold pressed watercolour block, using winsor and newton paints in Indigo, Winsor blue (red), Olive Green and paints by daniel smith in Perylene Green and Mayan Blue geunine. I'm using a size 6 princeton neptune pointed round brush and the pen is an Edding 780 in gold.
