How to Syncronize Banshee PWK Dual Carburetors

Showing my method of syncing dual 35 PWK Kehin carbs on a 421 serval Yamaha Banshee. Carb sync is the process of making sure each carburetor is flowing the same equal amount of airflow (cfm ) with each other. If the carbs are not equal with each other, you can overheat, lean out one side, and the engine will not run correctly. Verify this step before you do any jetting changes.
STEP 1 Back out idle screws, bottom out slides, make sure slides open all the way to full throttle. Then turn in idle screws about 2 tuns each side. Set idle sync with vacuum tool.
STEP 2 Set some slack on cable at thumb throttle, put 1/4 drive socket in to wedge throttle. Start engine bring up rpm slightly to raise both slides, then sync the carbs with vacuum tool.
Double triple check vacuum flow of carbs.
