FULL: Leavitt encourages illegal immigrants to self-deport ahead of Alien Registration Act deadline

A federal judge has ruled that the Trump administration's "Illegal Alien Registration" program can continue, marking a significant victory for the administration.

The program, which took effect on Friday, requires noncitizens aged 14 and older to register with the government, submit biometric data such as fingerprints, and carry proof of registration.
