Bug Out Bag Info from an Expert-Alan Kay. Who's Actually Used it. Summer to Winter Transition Part 3

Alan Kay provides useful tips of what to stock your fundamental bag with for critical situations. He informs us on how to bug out, what's in his bug out bag, creating a bug out plan, and he lays out everything that he's put into his bag so that you can see his full bug out bag setup. It's very important to have a family bug out plan. This includes sanitary and hygiene items for the women and girls. I recommend that women get a menstrual cup or several for their bag. Let's say SHTF, there's a zombie apocalypse, , doomsday, end of civilization, civil unrest and or there's a serious crisis then you're going to eventually run out of tampons or pads. If you don't like the idea of a menstrual cup then you might need to get several boxes of tampons/pads for your bag which will consume a lot of space. The upside of tampons is that they have multiple uses from using the cotton to light fires making it a great fire tinder, using it as a medical bandage and using it for cordage.
