I have a couple Commodore 64's in my work pile, so I figured I should get a Diagnostic Kit. So I will need this kit to figure out if anything is wrong with them.
In running the test on my own machine, it ends up it may have an issue I didn't know about.
I found this one on Ebay and it was cheaper to build it myself
