In Episode 8, the team—alongside expert electricians and plumbers—pushes this traditional barn restoration into the next phase with a full rewire, first fix plumbing, and a complete underfloor heating system install.

Watch as we go from a bare concrete shell to a fully prepped and insulated slab, topped off with a smooth liquid screed floor ready for finishes. We even managed to fit a compact plant room into a tight eaves space, proving you can get smart with design even in the trickiest areas. This is real craftsmanship, combining modern heating and mechanical systems with classic oak structure and traditional detailing.
