Mount Luofu in Southern China is a famous site for Daoism. Ge Hong, a famous figure from China's long alchemical tradition, once resided on Mount Luofu and cultivated the elixir there.
Mount Luofu is still a sacred Daoist site in present day, and is home to contemporary Daoists such as Daoist Priest Su Huaren.
This short documentary discusses some history and background and focuses on Yangsheng practices (practices to "nourish and nurture life") that are often paired with inner alchemy practice to form a complete system of cultivation for body, mind, and spirit.
The narrator perhaps goes a bit far with the "modernization" and "materialization" of the concepts, but overall this is worth a watch for fans of Daoist health and meditation practices.
