" Recipe"
1.) Organic Steel cut oats. Quarter cup.
2.) Half cup organic soy milk
3.) Unsweetened apple sauce, Quarter cup.
4.) Unsweetened non-dairy vegan yogurt. (preference is cashew-vanilla from Forager brand.
5.) Organic raw pumpkin seeds. Tablespoon
6.) A few walnuts
7.) Dried cranberries. Small handful.
8.) Organic protein powder, tablespoon
9.) Ground Organic Flaxseed, heaping tablespoon or two.
10.) Flaxseed Lignans. Aprox. quarter teaspoon.
11.) Chia seed, organic, ground. Tablespoon.
12.) Blend of powdered greens. Teaspoon.
13.) Cocoa or Cacau powder. Tablespoon.
14.) Tart Cherry extract powder. Teaspoon.
15.) One Brazil Nut.
16.) Organic Cranberry Powder. Teaspoon.
17.) Stinging Nettle powder. Quarter teaspoon.
18.) Amla Powder. Teaspoon.
19.) Ashwaganda Powder. Teaspoon.
20.) Beet Powder. Teaspoon.
21.) Saw Palmetto Powder. Quarter teaspoon.
22.) Pygeum Africanum Extract Powder. Quarter teaspoon.
23.) Milk Thistle Seed, Powder. Quarter teaspoon.
24.) Red Maca Powder. Half teaspoon.
25.) Cinnamon Powder. Half Teaspoon.
26.) Fruit. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
27.) Tart Cherries or Mango
28.) Blackberries and/or rasperries
29.) Liquid Stevia. A few drops.
30.) Vanilla Cream. A few liquid drops.
31.) Lemon Concentrate. A good squeeze, approximately teaspoon or tablespoon.
32.) Mushroom powder. Quarter teaspoon.
Takes a bit of time, so I tend to make two or more at a time. Keeps at least two days easily chilled. Obviously longer if only bagged as dry ingredients.
