All You Need to Know to Make Singular Nouns Plural in Brazilian Portuguese

A plural noun is used when there is more than one unit of something. Most nouns follow rules to turn them into plural nouns, and that is what you will study today. In today's lesson, you will learn some important rules about how to make nouns (not only nouns, but also adjectives, pronouns, and articles) plural. It is important that you have a notebook with you to take a few notes during today's lesson because you will see:

when to make a plural noun by simply adding an 's'
what to do when a noun ends in a consonant (add an 's'; 'es'; letter replacements)
when plural nouns stay the same
how to deal with singular nouns ending in 'ão'.
