Welcome to a brand new series of VideoSim with "Era 2" In this issue we cover mid to late 2024 and take a look at the veteran Class 37 on various workings such as spoil trains and ground recovery this includes rare workings with Class 37/9s 37905 and 37906. Class 60s assist with the removal of lighting towers at Hestercombe Works, LNER A2 Pacific 60532 "Blue Peter" returns to the mainline operating from Gyles Mount to Fatherwell on a charter service. Locomotive Rail Limited's Class 56 56109 is seen on various stock movements to and from Shirebrook and Warsop while the freshly painted British Steel Class 37 37515 operates various light loco moves and assists in depot construction.
Various test workings can be seen operated on the Midland Mainline with LRL's most recent additions to their ever growing Class 37 fleet operated by classmates 37344 and 37888. To finish off we take a look at various light loco moves with classic traction such as Class 20s, Class 31s and of course the Class 37s.
