American Hat Co Made Me a 1000X Natural—Exclusive Look at How It’s Crafted from Start to Finish!

American Hat Company did something truly special—they made me a 1000X Natural, their flagship model crafted from a blend of mink and beaver belly hair, famously called the American Mink. Even more incredible, they allowed me to film every step of its creation. This is an unprecedented, exclusive look inside the factory, showcasing a process that few people have ever seen.

There are 40 man-hours that go into making an American felt hat, and most people never get the chance to meet everyone involved in creating their beautiful, hand-crafted hat. I had the unique privilege of meeting each of the 11 people who played a part in making this one and personally thanking them at every step.
