Gambella Ethiopia is an Anuak Luo-Ethiopia peoples land including majang zone belongs to majang people. in the year 1900, there were only four (4) tribes indigenous land owners living in Gambella together with the Highlanders from Oromo, Amhara, and tigrai people..etc... The nuer refugees that came from modern-day South sudan during the sudan Civil War are now the citizens of Ethiopia. land grabbing is becoming more increasingly in Gambella Luo-Ethiopia land.
the people who came as refugees are now claiming to be the owner of the land by force. They are being helped by the Ethiopian government, Oromo government, and tigrai government. there are dozens of NGO'S only in Gambella.
