The day has finally come. I finally get to share my 10-day master cleanse lemonade detox results with you all. I’m excited to say the least to share my day-to-day experiences and the process I went through to ease out.

This by far was the most challenging experience I’ve ever had in my weight loss journey. It takes loads of mental strength and determination to complete. Anything worth having is worth fighting for. I wanted to jump off my weight loss journey with a clean slate and through my master cleanse experience I believe I have accomplished just that.
