Everyday in the month of November, I will be preserving something as part of a food preservation challenge I created called #NothingLeftBehindNovember Challenge. Day 6 & 7 we are canning up all the things apple scraps… apple scrap Apple juice, apple scrap apple jelly, dehydrated apple chips, apple scrap apple pie bourbon, apple scrap vinegar, apple scrap apple butter, and apple cinnamon apple sauce.
