Kirkcaldy Prom, Harbour, Seafield Beach and Tower 10-10-2025

I parked my car and started my walk from the car park at Esplanade Basin Car Park.
The video was taken with my GoPro in 4k 60fps while I`m on my mobility scooter with my dog Olly.
Seafield Beach, Car Park and Coastal Path to Kinghorn
We went around Kirkcaldy Harbour. It used to be a Fishing Harbour (I`m old enough to have seen the end of the fishing here)
The Carrs/Hutchisons Flour Mill is still working and has ships still delivering grain for refining. I used to work in a bakery that bought their flour from because I was told that they got a better deal from the smaller flour mill than they could have from a larger one like Chancelot Mill in Edinburgh).
We then went back along the Esplanade to the Esplanade Basin Car Park, then on past Morrisons super market, then around the corner to Seafield Beach and car park. From there we went along the coastal path the tower then back. Fife Coastal Path to Kinghorn but not accessable to me on my Mobility Scooter even if I could get past the gate.
Seals are know to frequent the rocks along this coastline
