Can a cheap piano sound good in 2025?

I just bought and installed the German Concert expansion on a new RD 2000. It is a spectacular sound library that also improves the responsiveness of the keyboard. In my opinion it’s totally worth the price.

I’ve compared the sound with a similar preset I made in Keyscape. Both passages are at -14LUFS but the V-Piano sound appears to be less compressed and more dynamic.
