Shockwaves hit the Kabarnet law courts in Baringo County on Monday morning during the hearing of a case where a middle-aged man is accused of defiling his 8-year-old daughter.
When the prosecutors cross examined the 8-year-old girl, she revealed that her mother who in this case is the complainant framed the father.
The minor told the courts that she had complained to the mother of stomach upset, only for her mother to change the narrative.
The mother would then admit to the court that she framed the husband on allegations of neglecting their children.
