Here is a practice track of Tiriba with ballet rather than traditional dunduns. It includes three djembe parts, a sangban/bell part, a ballet dundun part. Tiriba is originally from the Landuma people of the Boké Region of Southern Guinea, West Africa.
If you would like for it to be faster or slower, you can change the tempo incrementally by going to settings, playback speed, and custom (up top).
You can learn the parts included here from master drummer Fara Tolno's Rhythm Reference Project (http://www.rhythmreference.com/) and Djembe Guru (https://www.djembeguru.com). If you like what I'm doing, you'll love what he's doing!
That being said, you can use other parts learned elsewhere. There are different ways to arrange Tiriba.
I did this track and many more in response to the social isolation related to COVID-19. I had no one to drum with, and I figured others were in the same situation. You’ll find lots of other practice tracks on my YouTube channel.
Enjoy!
