Kris Spaulding, President and owner of Brewery Vivant in Grand Rapids, joined the Clarke Historical Library via Webex on October 27th, 2021 to discuss the history and importance of water and sustainability in Michigan's world-class brewing industry.
Her colleague, attorney Margrethe Kearney, facilitated the discussion about Michigan's most precious resource.
