Howdy! I'm Fiona Moriarty and I'm an Irish pro triathlete based in Portland, Oregon. I live with my fiance/videographer Josh Sutton and bread-loving Australian Shepherd Leif. This series shows my build up to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
This episode highlights my last big run at the track and outlines some of the final preparation before departing to Kona.
