HIPHOP52.. DJ PHASE TRIBUTE TO DISCO KING MARIO IN THE PARK

The Intro... The Attempt to Divide and Conquer...(1970's Baby Spades) DJ Phase and Cholly rock agree on some things about HIPHOP ... yet some things about HIPHOP DJ Phase and Cholly Rock disagree or have different points of view.. The same day or 1 Day before DJ Phase tribute to Mario event, the Spanish troll seemed to be trying to instigate disagreements between Cholly Rock and DJ Phase by putting out a video with our beloved brother Cholly Rock sharing some of his opinions... The Spanish troll tries to highlight things like "NO HIPHOP IN 71".. it should be understood... Our beloved brother Cholly Rock WAS NOT HANGING OUT IN BRONXDALE OR THE SOUNDVIEW AREA IN 1971/72... Our brother Cholly Rock was not a Black Spade, Baby Spade or Zulu King in 1971 or 1972...At that time Our brother Cholly Rock calls himself "a brainiac" kid deep into his elementary school books...In 1971 1972 When Mario and the Spades was bringing music outside "snappin jokes" to the beat, putting Spade graffiti on building bricks, with their Spade dance etc...Our brother Cholly Rock was 11/ 12 years old and lived across town in Gun Hill Road Houses and was not hanging out in our community ...Our brother Cholly Rock did not know Mario in 1971 1972.... So therefore our brother, Cholly Rock DOES NOT KNOW what was going on with the older Founding Black Spades in our community in 1971 1972...Mario and the Founding Spades are 4 - 6 years older than Cholly Rock....... Ironically Afrika Bambaataa who was living in Bronx River Houses (Soundview Area) in 1971, DOES VERIFY that Mario and the Spades DID give Jams back in 1971 @:57 .... (Respect to the men who may have been affected by Afrika Bambaattaa in a negative way)... In fact on his official social media page, Afrika Bambaataa (who made Cholly Rock a Zulu King 1976) says the Spades were "giving jams since 1970" !! on the South East bronx (SoundView area) .... Coming out of the 1960's racism, Those bold courageous YOUTH "jams" and parties put on by Mario and the Spades was the start and the spark of the Culture, that developed into what we now call HIPHOP...Kool Herc (who partied with the Black Spades probably before and after he became a DJ) ... Developed his "merry go round" probably around 1974... which along with Coke La Rock CATERED TO THE BREAKDANCERS aka the B.Boys... which is why a lot of first generation B.Boys like Cholly Rock favor Kool Herc...KOOL HERC AND COKE LA ROCK PARTIES CATERED TO B.BOYS/BREAKDANCERS!!... Coke LA Rock and Kool Herc definitely took HIPHOP to another level for breakdancers...AND YES B.BOYS/BREAKDANCE DID DISTINGUISH HIPHOP FROM DISCO!! .. but as far as STARTING HIPHOP ...B.BOYS/BREAKDANCE DID NOT start HIPHOP..... HIPHOP began when Bronx African-American Youth Culture (youth attitude/behavior) took over the streets and began to express themselves creatively.!! After gaining the freedom to express themselves creatively in PUBLIC... Various other teenagers and pre teens from all over The Bronx then New York City, developed their own new DJ techniques like the ("merry go round"), developed new dance moves, new emcee styles and new graffiti styles until HIPHOP developed into what it is today...We ARE NOT TRYING TO SAY Mario and the Spades was the best DJ's Graffiti artist etc...However We are saying Mario and the Spades was the very START and SPARK that set this youth energy of HIPHOP in motion.
