Relax and unwind after a hard day with this 75 minute stress relieving, feel good yoga flow! Bonus work on the core, balance and strength - just enough to feel it but not get exhausted!
We start lying on the back, getting centred into the breath and body and them move into some gentle stretching. Working up to some dynamic movement to get rid of any stress that may need more movement to get rid of. And finally, ending with a calm, cool mind in a couple relaxing Yin Restorative style poses.
