Hello Guys,
Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".
Today I will be showing you "How to cook this delicious Classic Pakistani Recipe "Lahori Fish Fry".
⬗INGREDIENTS ARE:-
1 Kg fish (Chinese Pomfret) {Note:- You can use any boneless fish)
Oil.
1 Tsp Rice Flour.
1 Tsp Gram Flour.
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
1 Lemon Juice.
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
1 Tsp Cumin Powder.
1 Tsp Coriander Powder.
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder.
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala.
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala.
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper powder.
Salt to taste.
⬗Method:-
First we will marinate the fish pieces.
To marinate, we will add 1 Tsp of Salt.
Then add 1 Lemon Juice.
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
1 Tsp Cumin Powder.
1 Tsp Coriander Powder.
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder.
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala.
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala.
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper powder.
1 Tsp Gram Flour.
1 Tsp Rice Flour.
Add 2 Tsp of Oil.
Mix it well.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn on the gas stove, heat a pan.
Once the pan is heated then add 3 tbsp of oil.
Once the oil is heated then we'll shallow fry the fish on a low to medium flame.
Fry each side for 3 minutes.
We have to fry the fish for about 3 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
Now we'll fry the other side for 3 minutes as well.
Once the fish is cooked then take out in a serving plate.
