This is the Sega Nu system inside my Project DIVA Arcade cabinet, it's had it's motherboard replaced and a few other changes made to it to make it more practical in a home setup. This video shows the internals and what is involved in installing and removing it from a cabinet.
It's got a slightly faster CPU and GPU and runs the desktop version of Windows 8.1 instead of Embedded.
The motherboard I'm using doesn't have an outward facing serial port on it's backplate, so I've used a header cable to place one near the DVI connectors. This port is needed for the touch screen to connect to.
The red USB3 connector is for a removable external power button so it can be turned on and off seperately from the cabinet and allows for a safe shutdown instead of simply switching it off while it's running.
The system is attached to a wood mounting plate that slides into the cabinet, it's powered by 100v AC and is quite loud due to the small high speed fan in the PSU.
