Defiant West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee won't budge

In a showdown with the Election Commission of India on transfer of a DM and five SPs, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday (April 6) accused it of playing into the hands of Congress and BJP and said transfers had been ordered without consulting the state government.
