Charging the Twizy at home can sometimes be a problem with grid tied solar panels because the mains voltage can be too high.
In this video I used a 20 Amp Variac to regulate the mains supply to an acceptable 230vac from our 251vac incoming to the house.
This allowed the Renault Twizy to charge perfectly.
