This video describes compiling Sandia National Lab's modification to Delft3D-4 which includes support for simulating current energy converters (CECs). The compilation is on Windows 10, using the latest version of Visual Studio and the Intel oneAPI suite (2021). The tutorial shows the complete process for downloading the source code, installing the Delft3D-4 GUI, compiling and installing the source code, and then testing.
