Quick Tutorial on how to enable Minimize On Click in Ubuntu's Unity Launcher, this is a new feature in Ubuntu 14.04.
Instructions:
1. Install CompizConfig-Settings-Manager via Software Centre
Or "sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager" via terminal
2. Open CCSM (CompizConfig Settings Manager)
3. Select Ubuntu Unity Plugin, then Launcher tab
4. Enable "Minimize Single Window Applications (Unsupported)"
