Please note: I document places as they are at the time of my visit using their maps. Kosovo is a very controversial topic and a disputed territory, but I tried to show it as it was on the day I shot this travel vlog.

A local recommended I go to a restaurant called Liburnia. I went and tried a local lamb dish called Elbasan. Really good! I'm glad I made it to Prishtina, Kosovo and got to experience the local culture.
About Kosovo’s constitution day:
Kosovo's Constitution Day, celebrated on April 9, commemorates 2008 when the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo was officially promulgated. This event marked a significant step in Kosovo's state-building process following its declaration of independence from Serbia on February 17, 2008. The constitution established the country's legal framework, laying out its government's structure, the separation of powers, and the rights and responsibilities of its citizens. It is a cornerstone of Kosovo's democratic governance and legal order, embodying principles such as protecting human rights, the rule of law, and the rights of communities and their members.
Kosovo's Constitution Day is an opportunity to reflect on the country's progress in its democratic journey, the challenges it faces, and the aspirations of its people for the future. Celebrations include official ceremonies, educational events, and public discussions on constitutional matters, emphasizing the importance of the constitution in the everyday lives of Kosovars.
About Kosovo’s attractions:
Pristina, the vibrant capital of Kosovo, is a city where ancient history and modern vibrancy converge. The Newborn Monument, a symbol of Kosovo's independence, captures the city’s spirit with its ever-changing graffiti. Nearby, the National Library, known for its unique architecture, houses a vast collection of historical documents. The city's Ottoman heritage is visible in the old bazaar, Çarshia e Madhe, and the Imperial Mosque, offering a glimpse into its past. For a panoramic view of Pristina, the Ethnological Museum (Muzeu Etnologjik) housed in the Emin Gjiku Complex, provides insights into Kosovar culture and history. The Mother Teresa Square and the statue dedicated to her honor the humanitarian’s roots in this region. Despite its compact size, Pristina’s cafes, museums, and historical sites offer a rich tapestry of experiences, reflecting its complex history and youthful optimism.
