The legendary journey, done for charity: did we finally bite off much, much more than we could chew?
A time limit, middle aged spread, our own health issues AND bad weather?
After deciding to attempt this legendary route to raise money for Marie Curie, the time came for us to actually DO the route.
It rained most of the time, people gave up and left the route.
Would we be amongst them?
With only 12 hours to complete this epic journey we set off at 0600 and kept a close eye on our maps, stopwatches and blisters & as the clock ticked on and the weather worsened, would we make it or fail in the attempt?
